Great hotel with great wi-fi, a relaxing outdoor swimming pool, and a friendly bar lounge. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I always remember. I highly recommend their warm welcome! I'm coming back for a xmas.

The rooftop pool area with stunning views and a relaxing vibe made for a great retreat, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including some delicious Korean dishes. However, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the room had inadequate lighting. Additionally, the gym equipment was basic and the video quality on the TV screens was disappointingly low.

Great location and vibes!
Had an awesome time at this bustling hotel! Super close to Copacabana beach, the rooftop pool is fab with great views! The breakfast was tasty, especially loved the lounge area for drinks. But, the elevator can get super crowded. Overall, pretty impressed with the comfy room and clean facilities.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved chilling at the rooftop pool. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. We visited Copacabana beach and Sugarloaf Mountain, which were both just a short walk away. Just keep in mind, the hotel charges for luggage storage after check-out.
Our experience with room service was not great. We found the staff could have been more attentive, especially when we needed assistance during our stay.

A Mixed Experience in Need of Improvements
Our stay had memorable moments, but inconsistent experiences dampened it. The hotel boasts stunning views, but the cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly in the rooms. Dining options were pleasant. try the breakfast buffet! For future guests, keep expectations tempered and check cleanliness before settling in.

The Royal Rio Palace has an ideal location, just a short walk from Copacabana Beach. The rooftop pool offers stunning views and a nice place to relax. My room was clean and comfortable, a key aspect for me. However, I faced several issues during my stay. The air conditioning leaked, and it took almost a week for staff to move me to a different room. The second room had a blocked toilet that took another day to fix. Breakfast offered plenty of options, but unfortunately, it remained the same every day, lacking variety. Additionally, I encountered maintenance problems, like elevators being out of service, making access tricky at times. Staff were friendly, but they were slow to respond to these issues. Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs better maintenance and more diverse breakfast choices.
